In our Science PIC MCQ (Exam Intensive Course), we will delve into often-overlooked but critical aspect of the PSLE Science Paper: the Science Paper 1 – Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
While many schools naturally focuses to teach more complex Open-Ended Questions, many students are left to their own devices to tackle MCQ Questions.

About Exam Papers Intensive Course (PIC)
The lessons will be conducted over Zoom. It is a 1-hour session. It is very effective even for students with short attention span. All lessons will be recorded and uploaded to our online platform within 48 hours after lessons.

The Exam Papers’ Intensive Revision Course (PIC) is specially designed for Primary 5 and 6 students. This programme provides a detailed walkthrough of past year School Exam papers, ensuring students are fully equipped for their End-of-Year Exams and the PSLE. It focuses on understanding, practice, and effective exam-taking strategies.
- Science Paper 1 (MCQ): Your child will practice with a variety of past-year Science MCQs, focusing on the tricky and challenging ones. Our teachers will explain the Science concepts for better understanding.
- Science Paper 2 (OEQ): Your child will learn structured exam strategies and essential science keywords to maximize marks in the Science OEQ section.
- Math Paper 1: Learn how to approach Math Paper 1 with confidence, clarity, and precision.

Our comprehensive courses equips your child with the skills and knowledge to excel in their Science and Math exams, setting them up for success in the Pri 5 End-Of-Year exams and PSLE.
We recognise that many students spent many hours practicing past year school exam papers but may lack the confidence in their answers and understanding of concepts. Our PIC is designed to address this by helping students to learn more effectively.
Over the course of the PIC lessons, our aim is to work through at least 5 practice papers with your child, offering detailed explanations and solutions to enhance their understanding. Additionally, we will provide video solutions to facilitate revision outside of class, anytime, anywhere.
This programme is optional. The weekly tuition classes focuses on topical revision to reinforce and solidify your child’s foundational knowledge.
PIC is a good programme to sign up if you want your child to gain additional exposure and practice through past exam papers, and be equipped with the skills required to tackle exam questions confidently and effectively.
During the weekly regular lessons, we help students build a solid foundation in topical concepts, as well as going through both Paper 1 and Paper 2 (Math) and Booklet A and Booklet B (Science). We do NOT go through any past-year exam papers from other schools at all. Hence this programme will cover and extension of that.
For PPC, the questions covered are by topics and concepts that are picked and chosen for intensive discussion. As for this accelerated programme, the teachers will cover a range of topics and concepts based on the Schools’ exam papers. PPC focuses more on equipping students with the skills to tackle higher-order PSLE questions.
For MAP, the questions are consolidation of topics and concepts taught in past terms. While basic questions in Math Paper 1 are not covered in MAP programmes, PIC programme ensures balanced coverage of both Paper 1 and Paper 2. In Science, the course offers a wide range of topics and concepts found in Booklet A, ensuring comprehensive preparation.

It offers flexibility and ensures that students can review the material at their own pace and as many times as they need. Being able to fast forward to specific sections is an added bonus, allowing students to focus on areas where they need more practice or clarification. This approach can really help students feel more confident and prepared for their exams. All lessons will be recorded and uploaded to our online learning platform.
PIC is a programme that requires commitment, there will be NO trials/ withdrawals/ refunds upon joining.
