With over 15 years of teaching science in MOE schools, Jolene has personally helped hundreds of students of different ages excel in science, achieving at least an A in PSLE Science. As a former PSLE marker and the former subject head in Rosyth School, Jolene is highly attuned to the demands of PSLE Science and is updating BlueTree’s Science curriculum to keep up with trends and working on materials and ways to make science more fun for learners.
Jolene has also experimented with plenty of studying strategies, keywords and template answers and knows what works for the student and what doesn’t. Trained in E2K pedagogy, she challenges her pupils with higher order discussion and brings lessons to a whole new level of joy and excitement with her passion for science and learning.

As a former PSLE Maths setter and marker with more than 18 years of teaching experience, Faith has a vast and in-depth understanding of the exam question requirements and the skills needed to answer them efficiently and effectively. The strategies and techniques that she has learnt and developed as a former GEP educator are incorporated to BlueTree’s specially curated curriculum to suit each learner. Faith is always finding new ways to make her lessons and BlueTree’s Maths curriculum engaging and stimulating.
Having personally helped hundreds of students improve and excel in PSLE Maths, she believes that every child can learn with the right teacher and the right motivation. Also a trained counsellor, Faith is patient in guiding her students, building up their confidence and motivating them to always achieve greater.

Francis possesses an impressive track record of holding management positions in schools. For seven years, he was a Director of an established education hub, which he helped run four centres. After which he went on to hold the position as an Academic Director of a well-known private international institution.
As a teacher, Francis has coached hundreds of students in Maths and Accounting for almost two decades. Having taught for so long, he is well-versed in the secondary school syllabus and is a trained counsellor. His teaching experience includes MOE schools, YMCA Singapore and NAFA. Equipped with the technical skills and top with a pair of listening ears, Francis believes that each child is unique and has their own learning preferences and a good teacher is one who has the flexibility in adapting various styles to fit those learning needs to bring out the best in each child.

Jacqueline first joined BlueTree Education as an Admin Executive, handling enrolment, customer service and general enquiries back in 2017 at the company’s only branch at Balmoral Plaza. As the company grew, she challenged herself and took up the position as Administrative Manager, training and leading her team of admin in providing quality service and experience for all parents and students, as well as teachers.
With her experience and skills, Jacqueline currently helms the administrative team as Head of Corporate Services. Wearing many hats in the company, she also oversees its finances, HR matters and general operations.

Ko Kuan Woei
Head of Academics (Primary)
BBA, NUS PGDE (Primary), NIE Teaching Experience: 11 years in MOE schools
Prior to his position as Head of Academics (Primary) at BlueTree Education, Kuan Woei has taught in MOE schools for 15 years specialising in Maths and Science. When he joined the company in 2018, Kuan Woei oversee BlueTree’s third branch at Bedok as Centre Manager and main teacher, well sought after by parents and students. With his extensive teaching experience in maths and science, Kuan Woei now leads the training of teachers and curriculum development.
Kuan Woei has personally helped hundreds of students excel in their PSLE and his students love his fun and engaging lessons. However, he ensures pupils have a deep understanding and fully grasp concepts taught amid all the fun and games. Kind and understanding, Kuan Woei has even received “The Most Caring Teacher Award” during his years of teaching in an MOE primary school. Kuan Woei is always ready and well involved in helping his students achieve to their fullest potential.
Head of Academics (Secondary – Mathematics)

Nicolle has over a decade of experience tutoring Elementary and Additional Mathematics to students from different streams: IP, IB, Express and Normal stream. Her extensive experience includes planning and designing the Secondary Mathematics curriculum or different enrichment centres and as a Mathematics teacher with an international school.
Currently, Nicolle is the Head of Academics (Secondary) and oversees the secondary maths curriculum and programmes.
Nicolle makes her lessons fun and engaging by letting students participate in activities involving investigation, inquiry and collaboration. She enjoys hearing students’ unique perspectives to a problem and believes that knowledge gained through self-reflection can be better retained. Interactions during activities also help students gain confidence in themselves while promoting critical thinking and communication skills.
