Why sign up for PIC?
We recognise that many students spent many hours practicing past year school exam papers but may lack the confidence in their answers and understanding of concepts. Our PIC is designed to address this by helping students to learn more effectively.
Over the course of the PIC lessons, our aim is to work through at least 5 practice papers with your child, offering detailed explanations and solutions to enhance their understanding. Additionally, we will provide video solutions to facilitate revision outside of class, anytime, anywhere.
Who is it for?
P5/ P6 PIC (Past Year Papers' Intensive Course) is designed for Primary 5 & 6 students who wish to build a stronger foundation in Science & Math. Additionally, students are encouraged to enroll if they aim to maximise their grades in End-Of-Year Exam and ultimately, for the PSLE Exam.
Can stronger students join?
Definitely yes.
The pace of the class will be moderated as the objective of the lesson is to lay a good foundation for the various topics and concepts.
How are the lesson conducted?
All lessons are conducted Online (via Zoom).

In our Science PIC (Past Year Papers’ Intensive Course), we will delve into often-overlooked but critical aspect of the PSLE Science Paper: the Science Paper 1 – Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
While many schools naturally focuses to teach more complex Open-Ended Questions, many students are left to their own devices to tackle MCQ Questions.
However, mastering Science MCQs is essential, especially considering their weightage in the Primary Science examination. With a staggering 56% of the marks allocated to Paper 1 MCQs, comprising 28 questions in total, it’s imperative for students to aim for the highest marks possible.

Do we do the work first before the lessons?
To enhance effectiveness, it would be beneficial if your child attempts the questions prior to the lessons.
My child is attending your Regular Classes. Should I still sign up for PIC?
Yes. PIC is a good programme to sign up if you want your child to gain additional exposure and practice through past exam papers, and be equipped with the skills required to tackle exam questions confidently and effectively.
How different is PIC (Past Year Papers' Intensive Course) from the PSLE Preparatory Course (PPC)?
PPC addresses higher-order questions from the test paper, while PIC provides comprehensive coverage and delves into concepts not covered in PPC, such as the initial 12 questions of the Math Paper & Science MCQ/ OEQ.
What if my child cannot make it for the live lessons?
Good news! Recording lessons and making them available for replay is a great way to support students' learning and revision. It offers flexibility and ensures that students can review the material at their own pace and as many times as they need. Being able to fast forward to specific sections is an added bonus, allowing students to focus on areas where they need more practice or clarification. This approach can really help students feel more confident and prepared for their exams. All lessons will be recorded and uploaded to our BT Online platform. How can I access the lesson materials?
Upon registration on the LMS, you will gain access to the following on the site:
- Zoom Link (Live Lesson)
- Soft copy of lesson material
- Answer Key/ Solution
- Video Recording
Please note that only soft copy of the materials would be provided. We will advise you to print the materials at home before the lesson commences.
Can I opt for hard copy?
If you wish to opt for hard copy, an additional $21.80 (inclusive of GST) would be charged. This is optional.This excludes $21.80 for material fee if you opt for hard copy (optional).
Printed material will have to be collected from Bluetree HQ (190 Clemenceau Ave, #02-01/05 Singapore Shopping Centre, Singapore 239924. If you would like to opt for local mail, an additional $5.45 per subject would be charged.
Please notify our staff if you wish to opt for hard copy materials.
What's the course fee? Any promotions?
The course fee is $735.75 per subject. If you sign up for both subjects, you'll get to enjoy bundle discount @ $1,299 for 2 subjects (U.P. $1,471.50).
BlueTree students (including regular classes/ PPC/ AWJr/ Erya) would be entitled to a whooping 50% discount off the original course fee. Course fee for BlueTree students is $367.88 per subject or $735.76 for both subjects.
Can I withdraw after joining?
PIC is a programme that requires commitment, there will be NO trials/ withdrawals/ refunds upon joining.
